Energy Harbor has been selected by your community to provide residents and small businesses with exclusive pricing on the gas and electric generation portion of your energy bill. This is possible through community choice aggregation; a program where local officials use group buying power to purchase gas and electricity from a certified retail energy supplier.
If you recently received a notification from Energy Harbor, you will be automatically enrolled in your community aggregation program. You do not need to do anything to participate.
However, you are not obligated to participate and may opt-out of the community aggregation program at any time. Please review our FAQs for more information.

Opt out means that you can decide to not participate in your community’s aggregation program. By doing so, you will not receive further notifications about the aggregation until the community choses to renew the program, whether with Energy Harbor, or a new chosen supplier.
No. Energy Harbor will not charge you an early termination or cancellation fee if you choose to leave the community aggregation program at any time, for any reason.
Your personal Opt Out Code is located on the opt out reply form provided with the Community Aggregation Notification you received in the mail.
If you’re unable to locate your personal Opt Out Code, please contact Energy Harbor at 1-866-636-3749 to opt out over the phone. Have a copy of your bill and utility account information ready so that we may better assist you in locating the contract you wish you cancel.
Whichever method you chose, you must do so by the opt out deadline, or you will be automatically included in your community’s aggregation program.
Yes, you may leave the aggregation program at any time. You will not be charged an early termination or cancellation fee if you choose to leave the program at later date for any reason.
If your request was received prior to the opt out deadline communicated in your notification, we will remove your account from our enrollment queue.
If your request is received after the opt out deadline, your enrollment may have already been processed. Once an enrollment has been accepted by the utility, we can only return your account to your utility’s standard service offer upon your next available meter read date. Depending on your meter-read cycle you might be served by Energy Harbor for one or more billing cycles.
In either case, you will be removed from your community aggregation program for the remainder of the current term.
No. At the end of your community aggregation program’s current term, whether Energy Harbor remains the chosen energy supplier or a new supplier is selected, you will be presented with new exclusive pricing and the terms and conditons for the renewal program. At this time you will be presented with the opportunity to opt out again. By law, this will happen at least once every 2 years for gas and at least once every 3 years for electricity. If your community does not renew with Energy Harbor or select a new energy supplier, all current participants will be returned to their utility for generation supply service.
Yes! You may contact Energy Harbor at 1-866-636-3749 to return to the program at any time. Additionally, as indicated above, you will once again be eligible to participate in your community’s aggregation program when the current term is renewed upon contract expiration and given the opportunity to opt out again. You will receive a new community aggregation notification at that time.
