Billing

If your home is not in Texas, you will continue to receive only one bill from your electric utility company. Once you are part of the program, you will see Energy Harbor listed as the supplier on your bill.

Yes, you can remain on budget billing; however, the budget billing program may not apply to your charges from Energy Harbor – only to charges from the electric utility. Your total charges from Energy Harbor may fluctuate from month to month according to your usage.

Yes. How you pay your electric bill will not change when you select Energy Harbor as your electricity supplier.

There are no fees if you move during the middle of your contract, or if you are part of a governmental aggregation program. Review the details of your plan for any other contract cancellation fee that may apply.
