Bio

As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Jason Petrik is responsible for the leadership and oversight of all financial aspects of the company, including accounting, financial reporting, business planning, treasury and risk and serves as the primary financial representative with external parties. Jason works closely with the members of the leadership team to provide financial insight and strategic analysis to ensure the company allocates the resources necessary to provide safe and reliable carbon free power to fuel a zero carbon economy.

 

Jason has 20 years of finance and accounting experience, most recently serving as Controller of Energy Harbor. Prior to joining Energy Harbor, Jason held finance and accounting leadership positions with FirstEnergy as well as an international mining company. Jason began his professional career at Ernst & Young.

 

Jason earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a specialization in accounting from Bowling Green State University.
